How “Illegal” can love be?
Cristina Sartori tries to explain it to us, through a reinterpretation of songs by KDLang, Sade, Bruce Springsteen, David Crosby, Carlos Santana, Billie Hollyday, and many others, accompanied by Enrico Santacatterina's guitar and Massimo Tuzza's percussion.
Eleven years after her previous work, Cristina Sartori returned to the studio to create this new album, which stands out for being recorded live, but in the studio, with an audience of enthusiasts in attendance, confirming the project's live dimension.
The sound also benefits from the great quality offered by recording studio technology, while maintaining the groove of a truly live dimension.
The deus-ex-machina and “grand elector” of this recording project is Gianfranco Maria Binari, who followed the production step by step and wrote the album’s liner notes.
