Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen Mature Skin gives your skin back its bounce by helping to promote collagen production, improve the integrity of internal skin structures and also helps improve skin firmness, elasticity and overall skin health.
It has been formulated with twice the collagen of our original Beauty Collagen tablets plus antioxidant skin care hero’s Vitamin A (as retinol acetate) and Vitamin C which reduce free radicals that form in the body.

Active ingredients: 
Each tablet contains:
Hydrolsed VERISOL (r) Collagen 1.25g, Vitamin A (as retinol acetate 50.32mcg) 43.75 mcg/RE, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 11.25mg.
Reynoutria japonica root ext. dry conc. Std. Equivalent to root dry 2.16mg Equivalent to Resveratrol 14.5mcg (of Reynoutria japonica).

Directions: 
Adults: take 4 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Contraindications and cautions: 

• Store below 25°C.
• Contains sulphites and phenylalanine.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
• When taken more than 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
• If you are pregnant or considering becoming pregnant, do not take a Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
• The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
