The test principle applied in this kit is Sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat IFN Gamma. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Rat IFN Gamma. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Rat IFN Gamma, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Rat IFN Gamma in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

LOVE this shimmer oil. Has a lovely subtle copper/rose gold when used lightly. The shimmer gets more pronounced the more you use, but never obnoxious. The oil absorbs well and fully on damp skin, but I usually use it before going out for the day on dry skin, and it works just as well. The nozzle produces a generous amount with each squirt and has yet to clog or stop up as with some shimmer oils. The oil leaves the skin moisturized and glowy. The shimmer does not rub off easily on clothing and other fabrics. The scent is just amazing. If you have the regular oil, this smells just as amazing. It’s hard to describe…a gorgeous floral smell, but not grandma’s lilly or lavender smell. Just sexy. If sexy and summer, and feminine had a smell, this would be it. Yummy and inherently woman. Get this oil for some shimmer and a splash of confidence.
