Top Flight (April 15, 1929 – 1949) was an American U.S. Hall of Fame Thoroughbred racehorse. She was the leading American filly of her generation at two and three years of age.

Background
Bred in Kentucky by the very prominent horseman Harry Payne Whitney, she was a daughter of the French stakes winner Dis Donc, a son of the French Champion Sire Sardanapale. She was out of the mare Flyatit, a daughter of U.S. Racing Hall of Fame inductee Peter Pan.

Racing career
Raced under the colors of Cornelius Vanderbilt Whitney, who had inherited Top Flight on his father's death in 1930, at age two the filly went undefeated in her seven starts and earned a record $219,000. Even a muddy track couldn't stop her from winning June's Clover Stakes, and she also beat top colts in the prestigious Futurity Stakes at New York's Belmont Park and the Pimlico Futurity at Laurel Park Racecourse in Laurel, Maryland. Top Flight's performances earned her 1931 American Champion Two-Year-Old Filly honors.

Racing at age three, she won five of her nine starts, with three of her losses coming against males. After finishing fourth in the Potomac Handicap, she was retired as the all-time money earning filly or mare in American racing history. Top Flight was retrospectively named American Champion Three-Year-Old Filly.

Couple Win
Color: Spa Blue, Size: King
The Amazon Basics Lightweight Soft King Size Comforter has been a wonderful purchase for our home! The comforter is incredibly soft, comes in beautiful colors, and is the perfect lightweight option for year-round use. My husband and I have very different sleep preferences—I tend to run hot while he’s always cold—but this comforter somehow works perfectly for both of us. It’s breathable enough that I stay comfortable while still providing enough warmth for him. We finally started sharing the same blanket again, which is a win in itself! Highly recommend for couples with different temperature preferences. 🛏️💕✨

Light Weight but Not Hot
Color: Dark Grey, Size: King
Ok... I absolutely love this comforter. In fact, I use it on three different beds. The colors are perfect. The material is soft. It's extremely light weight, but it keeps you warm in the winter and does not overheat you in the summer. I have this in King and Queen, and the sizing has been good for both. I have thrown it in my washing machine multiple times, and it holds up well. Great quality, low price.

Navy is pretty, but doesn’t feel like a great quality set.
Color: Navy Blue, Size: King
I purchased the Navy. The color is great and the pleated pattern is a nice touch. My daughter has the white and it’s very soft. The navy is not, though. So that was disappointing. It’s also not breathable. It’s not thick, but just not breathable. I actually get pretty warm at night with this one when I don’t normally with any other blankets. It also seems on the small side. We have a king and always buy king, this just feels a little smaller. Doesn’t feel high quality. I would not buy again.

Very Elegant!!
Color: Bright White, Size: Full/Queen
Beautiful comforter set! its super fluffy light weight while still cozy, gives a clean expensive look. It arrives wrinkled up from being packaged, i never steamed mine but you could do that if you want a crisp look. I love the quality and looks more expensive then it was, highly recommend!
