The brainchild of Dean Garcia (formerly of Curve), this may be the most brilliant thing yet from a man who's spent a lifetime sculpting sound. Every bass note is like a bomb going off in your chest. SPC ECO knows: when life hands you lemons, make hand grenades. Singer Rose Berlin croons and aches, endless laments dreaming to be heard. This is a singer who knows that the battle against gravity is the one you'll never win. 'Creep In The Shadows' is the sound of someone with their face pressed against the glass as they hurtle through space running out of air-the end of the world as seen from a distance. With its liquid rhythms, 'Down Low' could fit seamlessly onto a contemporary hip-hop station. Listen on headphones or your ears will never forgive you. And then there's 'Under My Skin'. Made well. Precise control pouring spout. Stainless steel, not just coated.
Love this little pitcher. It holds up to 12 oz. It's stainless steel, not just coated, and a decent weight. I love the design with the precise control of the eagles beak spout, but I still can't do the "art" very well. The etched numbers inside make a huge difference between making a Cappacino or Combacha as the difference to a lot of these coffee drinks has to do with how much frothed milk you add to your shots of Espresso, so having the etched markings inside is fantastic! The markings are not actually dug/etched INTO the stainless steel. Feels smooth inside to run your fingers over the etchings. Although I've washed it a few times in top rack of dishwasher the etchings haven't faded, so I'm glad about that. The etchings are dark enough to be easily seen. Measure in ounces and ml. Hopefully they will not wear off somehow. That's why I gave it a four star. It's very comfortable to hold and pour.
