Much has been written about landfills and the monumentality of rubbish, but little attention has been paid to litter, the small trash that soils the urban pavement, like the bits of chewing gum that some artists decorate. Talking Trash looks at refuse in its early stages, when it is still tiny and unassuming, still lives in the city, and has yet to grow, leave the metropolis, and accumulate in landfills. The chapters of Talking Trash reflect upon the anthropomorphic nature of urban refuse; upon the poetics and semantics of micro-litterscapes and the archives of all things discarded; upon Dumpsterology, or the history of the garbage container as a gendered artifact dense with cultural meaning; and upon dirty innocence, or the complex and contradictory link that ties childhood to muck. The author also focuses on one significant non-urban scene, the desert landscape and the clothing and other items that immigrants discard as they make a desperate trek across the border.Binding Type: Hardcover

Extra durable and hard
Flavor Name: Marshmallow & Peanut Butter, Size: Large
Much harder and tougher than most of the chews and bones I get. Too tough for my own dog, but it’s become a favorite of two other dogs in my life who are stronger chewers. Also looks adorable when they carry it around.

Treasured chew toy
Flavor Name: Marshmallow & Peanut Butter, Size: Large
I'm on my 2nd one of these as my dog is obsessed with it! He's a heavy chewers and the 1st one lasted 1 month. Held up pretty well for his strong jaws and he loves it. Great buy!

Dog likes it
Flavor Name: Marshmallow & Peanut Butter, Size: Large
It wears faster on the longer side, my dog does love this, but 2 sides are not chewed as much.

Terrific! Much easier to use than Kongs and my dog loves it.
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Medium
I like these so much better than the original Kongs. The large opening makes it so much easier to put peanut butter or cream cheese into it. Plus much easier to clean out afterwards.
My dog also likes to chew it and play with it throwing it in the air after he’s done eating the peanut butter. Very sturdy - he chews apart stuffed toys but his chewing hasn’t damaged this at all.
I highly recommend this product!

Great for strong chewing dogs. Entertaining too!
Flavor Name: Peanut Butter, Size: Medium
My black lab can destroy the toughest of dog chew toys, but he's not destroyed this peanut. I fill it with peanut butter, yogurt, pumpkin or apple sauce and freeze it. It keeps him entertained for quite a while. When the filling is gone, he leaves it alone or carries it around begging for a filled one.
