The hoola hoop comes with 6 detachable tubes in pink and blue colors. Attach all 6 tubes to create a 28-inch diameter hoop, or attach just 5 tubes to create a smaller 24-inch hoop.
The hula hoop tubes are hollow and can be filled with sand, rice or stuffing to adjust the weight of the hoop.
The blue jump rope comes in a beautiful blue color, a PVC rope that is 9 feet (2.8 Meters) long, handles that are 6' inches (15.5 cm) long, does not tangle, has amazing EVA foam ergonomic handles for a comfortable grip, and can have the length adjusted by following the instructions in the images.
