Recommended yarn: Indiecita DK Easy Wash by Alpaca Yarns.
Skill Level: Keen Beginner.
Construction: Knit flat in one piece on a circular needle (to accommodate the larger number of stitches than a normal pair of straight needles).
Gauge: 21 stitches x 44 rows over garter stitch using 4mm needles. Take time to wash and block a swatch to ensure your tension matches the pattern to ensure finished measurements and yarn usage are matched.
Yarn & Materials:
Single colour: Approx. 6 (10) balls of the Indiecita DK Easy Wash or 672 (1120) metres of similar DK 8ply yarn.
Striped - 3 (5) balls each of Colour One and Colour Two.
Needles and Notions:
4mm x 80-100cm circular knitting needles or size needed to give correct tension.
Wool needle.
