This is predicated on the Biblical Nuance that the City was deliberately placed at the Center of Humanity.

That is what Jerusalem is all about, has been, is and will be. It is about Control. It is about having Power over the Promised Land, Jerusalem and the Temple. Why? Having control of all these Facets gives one the potential to Control the Heavenly Promised Land, the New Jerusalem and the Temple that equally has such a Constitution.
