ヤニック・ガーズ在籍時で「MAGIC」発表後の時期になりますが、ここでのこの演奏を聴く限り彼らがヘッドライナーかと思わせる程勢いがあり充実したもので、比較的地味なラインナップだったこの年の主役だったと言えるステージを披露しております。
ディスク３には同年のライヴ２公演の映像をTV放送より共に約３０分弱の短めながら、この時期では最高ランクのプロ・ショットで収録。

Convenient for travel
Good for travel when you may not have a glass, a spoon and a place to mix the powdered version with water. Make no mistake, you must still drink at least 8- 12 ounces of water with the capsules, and one serving is 5 capsules. But, this is a bulking agent,!so that is to be expected.
