- 2,000-watt heating system and low-velocity fans help deliver even temperature distribution throughout the cabinet.
- Stainless steel exterior with aluminum interior and stainless ramps is built for demanding commercial use.
- Self-closing, lockable solid doors include cam-lift hinges, a 120° stay-open feature, and interior lighting.
- Manual top vent and included water pan help manage humidity when needed.
