The Human HSF1 (Heat shock factor protein 1) ELISA Kit measures HSF1 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti HSF1 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with HSF1 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of HSF1 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Love them! They are so cute, couple notes. The wood doesn’t come with pre drilled pilot holes for attaching the brackets so you will need a drill/drillbits. It is real wood which impressed me, but outside tools definitely required. Including a level!! The “level” they offer is indeed a bubble in liquid, but it’s about an inch long, 1/2in wide and a cylinder so probably the most useless, cutest level I’ve seen in my life. Otherwise great! They hold exactly what I need.
