This model combines the advantages of the well-known 611 ERGOWAVE® saddles (MTB) and 612 (Road): a slim shape offers maximum legroom off-road, at the same time saddle has the the bit thicker padding of the 611 ERGOWAVE® model to provide maximum cushioning and comfort on rough terrain. The SQlab active technology offers additional comfort, especially on the gravel bike, by mobilizing the intervertebral discs. Additionally, a premium quality Kevlar material protects the saddle in its exposed areas. + More comfort + Maximum legroom + More padding + Back-friendly ERGOWAVE® shape The wave-like shape and raised rear section provides perfect rearward support and an optimal pressure distribution which reaches deep into the bodily structures, resulting in improved power transmission. The lowered nose in combination with the center dip provides an optimal pressure relief for the perineal area. active-Technology Especially on the gravel bike, the SQlab active technology offers additional comfort on long distances. The active technology allows the saddle to follow the pedaling movement, which increases comfort, mobilizes the intervertebral discs and minimizes the pressure on the sit bones. Great kit! Must have for married couples.
Love this kit! I just started session 1 and it already has help my marriage for the better! Thank God this material is very helpful in understanding my wife and she understanding me better. I highly recommended! many things you might know other things you might think it will not apply to me but you will find new ideas that will definetely help you. I never like writting and I am finding my self spending valuable time with my wife doing the exercises, having fun and understanding each other more. I believe is worth the investment. I found it here in amazon cheaper than in other places. GOD bless every marriage!

Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts - A Useful and Effective Resource for Pre-Marriage Counseling
I used this curriculum kit and video series in pre-marriage counseling. I found it helped me to have an effective structure and a useful tool to use as a major part of my counseling, and believe it helped stimulate thought and discussion of help to the couple as they made this investment in the success of their upcoming marriage. I felt it sound enough that my wife & I took time away and went through materials and found it to be very helpful.
