Why use the SPLYT Technology?

As featured by Dirt Trax Television, RMSTATOR SPLYT Technology provides a reliable solution to well-known charging system failures. Using a dual output stator with two completely separate stator windings, this system splits the power generated by the stator into two separate voltage regulators. These regulators then each operate with only half of the load of the original system, allowing them to maintain a lower temperature and increase reliability.

SERIES Voltage Regulation

This system uses a new type of voltage regulator called a SERIES regulator. Rather than shunting excess power to ground like a typical regulator, it protects the battery from high voltage by disconnecting the stator coils from the regulator and preventing current from passing on. This type of voltage regulation generates less heat because current from the stator is prevented from flowing through the regulator.

Ultimate reliability

With a stock charging system, voltage regulators are consistently operating within 5% of their maximum capacity, leading to heat and stress related failure. With the RMSTATOR SPLYT system, both SERIES voltage regulators are operating with 40% overhead for long life and stable output.

Better design

Contrary to the original OEM stator that uses one three phase stator winding, the SPLYT stator contains two completely separate three-phase coil windings. Each of these two windings then produces half of the power of the stock stator lowering the temperature in each individual coil.

More available power

If you are installing a lot of accessories and electronics on your vehicle, like extra lighting, stereos or a winch, the SPLYT kit is available with an improved flywheel designed to increase power output from 650 Watts to 900 Watts.

Easy to install

All parts use a Plug-and-Play design, just like the original OEM ones, so no special tool or knowledge is needed to install this system.

Harnesses included

Relocation wiring harnesses allow to relocate the regulators anywhere on your vehicle to get better air flow and easier access.

Solve your Polaris RZR & Sportsman charging system issues today, once and for all, with RMSTATOR!

IMPORTANT NOTICE: This kit includes two wiring harness according to Polaris recal # Z-16-01-C (OEM # 2206620, 2206367,2206473). We strongly suggest you to relocate both of your regulators to make sure they do not wear out prematurely due to mud, dust or rocks.

RMSTATOR UTV Complete Dual Battery Isolator Connection and Metering Kit

As modern UTV’s are improving every year, it is increasingly common to add accessories to them like stereos, lights, and winches. These are great upgrades, until you are stuck with a dead battery and can’t start the engine! RMSTATOR comes to the rescue with the best and most complete kit available to add a second battery to your UTV to power your accessories and monitor the charge of both batteries right from your dashboard!

The addition of a second battery to your vehicle to power your accessories allows you to safely use them all day without discharging your primary starting battery. If the voltage drops too low on your second battery, it will disconnect and isolate it from the main battery safely and automatically. When the motor is started, the secondary battery will be reconnected and recharged.

Our included LED dual voltmeter installs on your dashboard, and lets you easily monitor the voltage of both batteries. The included wiring harness and relay allow the voltmeter to turn on and off with your keyswitch.

Everything you need for a complete installation is included!

Removing a Powersport Vehicle's Flywheel / Rotor:

How it Works

Flywheel Pullers are very versatile engine service tools and are a must in every toolbox. Our large selection of best selling rotor and flywheel pullers fit just about any motorcycle or ATV. Flywheel pullers are very simple to use, having only an outer body to hold the flywheel and a screw to push on the crankshaft. Some are even simpler, having only a bolt to thread into the flywheel. A taper holds the flywheel or rotor and the crankshaft together. The flywheel is secured to the shaft by applying torque to the fixing bolt.

An Important Component to use

Many flywheel or rotor puller tools will include a small cap. This is a crankshaft thread protector, and should always be used if it is included with the puller. You slip this cap onto the end of the inner piece of the puller which presses against the tip of the crankshaft. This keeps the fine threads from being stripped or damaged while removing the flywheel or rotor.

Actions to Avoid

Most of the time, removing a flywheel or rotor is painless. But sometimes corrosion, over-torquing the fixing bolt, or heat-cycling can give you a hard time removing the flywheel. We too often see mechanics use a larger breaker bar or air impact tools to ease the flywheel off. These two techniques will damage the flywheel, the flywheel puller, or the crank. Avoid using them if you want to keep it cheap.

Tips to break a stuck flywheel loose:

Torque Wrench

How do you know if it's stuck? You simply have to set your torque wrench to 50 ft-lbs and try to ease the flywheel off. If the flywheel is not stuck, you should be able to remove it with even less torque than this. If it is stuck, don't use more torque or you might break your wrench.

Ball Peen Hammer

If 50 ft-lbs does not do the trick, go fetch something like a 12 or 16 oz ball peen hammer. Hit the end of the flywheel puller with a medium blow. Many times, the shock you create will successfully remove your flywheel. Be prepared to catch the flywheel since the shock of the hammer can make the flywheel jump off. Once again, getting into that situation will be pricey. And don't forget your safety glasses.

Propane Torch

The hammer is not a be-all, end-all solution. Sometimes, you will have to find something more powerful, and that's where the propane torch comes in. As a last resort solution, the heat should expand the flywheel but not the crank, since it is too massive to expand as fast. That way, the flywheel will become looser and will come off easier.
Important Security Tips: In order to not set fire to your garage, your vehicle, or yourself, certain precautions are necessary prior to heating the flywheel:

  • Clean any oil or flammable liquids off the flywheel;
  • Make sure your work area is free of any flammable liquids and that you work in a well ventilated area;
  • Make sure to remove the gas tank, and set it aside at a safe distance.

Make sure the flame of your torch is focused, and heat only the center of the flywheel. This is due to the fact that some flywheels use adhesive or other fixing compounds to locate the magnets in the rim that can be damaged by concentrated heat. Here again, the wheel might fall off the crank, so be prepared to catch it. And remember that you just heated it, so make sure you can catch it without burning yourself.

With these tips and techniques, you are now equipped to handle any stuck flywheel without throwing your flywheel puller at it; unless you have a habit of working with machines that have been in a lake for months!

1st one lasted over 3yrs, 2nd started falling apart in less than a week....
Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack), Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack)
My dog really loves this toy. He’s a 5yr old border collie. He doesn’t work at tearing up his toys but he does shake his toys. I bought his 1st Chuckit it indoor football over 3yrs ago. It held up very well and had normal wear and tear I’d expect from a chuckit toy to have. It developed a small tear in fabric about 6months ago. As it was still mainly intact, I let him continue to play with it. Then the tear widened and I felt good time to replace, so I ordered one from Amazon. He was ecstatic to have a new one. I was quite disappointed though as in under a week from giving it to him(he’s always supervised during play so I do know what he does with his toys and he doesn’t work at them to tear them up) I noticed a tear down the seam that was bigger than the other one had for 6months. Over the next few days, tear widened. Now cover is completely off of inside. I’m really disappointed in the quality. I’m not sure if the quality of the toy is less than when I got his first one(which I bought in a pet store such as petsmart) or if for some reason because I purchased on amazon, they are of lesser quality. I do know for a fact as I supervise his play and with his favorite toys(and usually his spendier toys) they get put up when it’s not play time. He has his other toys that he can play with anytime. I have ran also into Kong toys (Wubba) that has come apart quickly in under a month, but those were both bought on amazon and at a retail store, so I don’t know if amazon is distributing toys of lesssr quality or if toy brands that have held up in past (Kong Wubba & this Chuckit football) are just being made of lesser quality. My dog’s style of play hasn’t changed nor has his supervision. That being said, my dog absolutely LOVES this toy. I want other users to be forewarned that I’ve had 2 of this product for my dog, they both developed a tear down seam, that eventually led to outer fabric shell coming off of the inner part of the toy. Yes my dog does shake his toys but 1st lasted over 3yrs, 2nd lasted less than a month and is in worse condition than the first. I may purchase this toy again as it’s one of his favorites just to see if the 2nd one was a fluke. Had I paid more than $6.19(I’m a prime member and it was an add on product) I most likely wouldn’t purchase a third one. I’m willing to see if the third one will last at least a yr. if it starts coming apart in less than a week again, I’ll have my answer which would be that chuckit has resorted to making their toys of lessor quality. I hope that’s not the case because they are one of only a couple of brands I hold in high regard for their good quality and durable dog toys. Please see picture. It’s his toy in less than a month. The outer material came off during play last night. It lasted less than a month from time I gave it to him to play with. 5/22/18 update. I bought him a 3rd indoor fumblr, it last almost 3 months...I ordered him a 4th one. I gave it to him Friday, today is Tuesday, his 4th one is already coming apart at the seams. When I ordered 4th fumblr, I bought 2 at the same time, they were $5.19 each(prime member add on price). I’m glad I did because now they are twice the price at now over $10. I very highly doubt I will buy another indoor fumblr unless price drops in half again. This last one that I gave him 4-5days ago, it hasn’t been his daily favorite toy. He’s maybe played with it a couple hrs each day. My dog really LOVES this toy. I’m moving my rating down to a 1 Star from 2 as this toy has consistently come apart rather quickly. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this toy. He’s 5 1/2yrs Old now. 1st fumblr last over 3yrs, he’s gone through the other 3 in under 6months...had I paid over $10 each time, I probably would’ve stopped after the 3rd fumblr came apart. as it is now, I won’t but any more fumblrs by chuckit at this price....if price drops, after he’s gone through the 5th one I have put up...I may consider it...but not at over $10 for a toy that comes apart through normal play in under 5 days...

Dogs favorite toy
Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack), Color: Orange & Blue Roller, Size: 7.5 inches (1 Pack)
I buy 4 of these every month for my dog. He won’t go anywhere without this ball. He sleeps with it, swims with it, goes to the vet and carries it around in his mouth to show off. It’s borderline a problem. My dog is a large breed and plays hard so I do purchase often because the strings unravel and the ball itself is foam so breaks down into little pieces after a few days of playing. I love that it is fragile on his teeth and jaw. We can play catch indoors because it is soft.

Perfect for your dog who loves to play ball indoors. It doesn’t bounce & it’s very soft. It lasted a long time for a German Shepherd who loveeess to ball all day.

Just what we needed
Color: Orange & Blue Squirrel, Size: 4.7 inches (1 Pack)
This toy has been great for my dog who eats all her toys! We were having such an issue with all of her toys being so hard that we didn’t want to throw them around our house. This was the perfect solution. She hadn’t eaten through it and it’s nice and soft for fetch without destroying your house!

My lab loves t
Color: Orange & Blue Fumbler, Size: 3 x 8.5 x 9 inches (1 Pack)
This toy is my labs favorite toy. She’s obsessed and we were happy to find a toy she loves that can stay inside with us. The problem is how easily she tears it apart. We have to buy her a new one every month because when she bites into it it breaks down the foam inside, and from there she shreds the roping it’s covered in. We try to stop her, but with how often we play with it it’s inevitable. We have resigned ourselves to buying a new one once a month.
