How to Use: Spray on bottom of feet & legs at bedtime. Massage into any sore area. Use as often as needed. Let air dry for best results. Can use body lotions or creme after applying the magnesium oil to prevent dry skin. Note: You may experience itchiness after initial use. This is normal and is due to low magnesium levels. The itchiness & salt residue can be avoided by rinsing the oil off after 20 minutes.
