The TC2-HDG4 kit features ACT's highly acclaimed Heavy Duty pressure plate, renowned for its exceptional performance. Utilizing an exclusive diaphragm design, ACT Heavy Duty pressure plates enhance clamp load, reduce deflection, and maximize clutch lifespan. Each diaphragm undergoes a meticulous four-stage heat-treating process to ensure unmatched durability. Precision cover stampings provide rigidity and consistency to ACT pressure plates.

This kit incorporates a 4-pad, spring-centered race disc designed to withstand harsh conditions and torsional vibrations. The spring-center effectively dampens vibrations and improves resilience, even under rigorous conditions. ACT spring retainers feature wraparound spring windows and thicker stampings for reinforced spring support and increased reliability. The 4-pad, spring-centered race disc may result in harsher engagement but facilitates faster shifting, making it ideal for smaller disc sizes and engines.
