Whitesnake revisited the music that singer David Coverdale recorded with Deep Purple in the Seventies when they released The Purple Album two years ago. The album, and the tour that followed, offered fans new modern interpretations of Purple classics like “Burn” and “Mistreated.” This November, highlights from the historic tour will be featured in a new live collection.
Whitesnake puts their distinctive spin on several songs from Coverdale’s studio albums with Deep Purple — Burn (1974), Stormbringer (1974), and Come Taste The Band (1975). Highlights include: “You Fool No One,” “The Gypsy” and “Soldier Of Fortune.”
In addition to songs originally recorded by Deep Purple, THE PURPLE TOUR (LIVE) also features performances of killer Whitesnake tracks like “Fool For Your Loving” from Slip Of The Tongue (1990), “Love Ain’t No Stranger” from Slide It In (1984), plus “Still Of The Night,” “Bad Boys,” “Is This Love” and the #1 smash “Here I Go Again” from Whitesnake (1987). The Whitesnake line-up that appears on THE PURPLE TOUR (LIVE) includes: singer David Coverdale, guitarists Reb Beach and Joel Hoekstra, bassist Michael
Devin, drummer Tommy Aldridge and keyboardist Michele Luppi.

Hotel-like comfort at home
I bought these pillows from Beautyrest and they really exceeded my expectations. They are very soft but at the same time have good support, which helps you rest better throughout the night. They feel like luxury hotel pillows, especially because of their down-like filling.
The jumbo size is perfect and they come well filled, they are not easily crushed. In addition, the cotton cover feels fresh and of good quality.
They arrived quickly and well packed. After using them for several days, they maintain their shape and comfort. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to improve your rest without spending too much.

I bought these pillows, and honestly, I really liked them. They have a medium firmness that helps significantly with neck pain, yet they remain soft and fluffy without going flat during the night. They hold their shape well and have good loft, so you don't have to keep adjusting them constantly. They don't have any unpleasant odor right out of the package, nor do they slide around much inside the pillowcase something I really appreciate. Overall, they feel comfortable and are of good quality for sleeping in any position.
