Once lit, allow smudge to burn for 30 secs and then billow out to allow the embers to burn. Move ins clockwise direction around your home, car, yourself or anywhere you want to clear the energy. Move the smoke to every corner while repeating your intention, out loud or internally. The smoke brings peace, clarity and good energy.
When completed, place the stick in a fireproof container to let it burn out.
