  • Turbo fits 2016-2021 RZR XP Turbo Models including Turbo S
  • We decided to continue to offer our original water cooled turbo design with a stock PSI wastegate actuator.  This allows you to run the OEM/stock tune, or our tunes built for the OEM turbocharger.
  • If looking for more power/boost you can upgrade to the higher pressure wastegate and those tunes, but we suggest upgrading to our latest WC Turbo w/Pro XP style Housing for best performance.
  • Requires a high flow intake tube as the OEM will not fit over our larger inlet.  The AA aluminum intake tube or other silicone intake tubes meant for the stock turbo will work.  The best option is to use the AA High Flow Intake tube with our coupler (this is an option).
  • See the differences in our turbochargers here:  https://aftermarketassassins.com/tech-blog/f/rzr-turbochargersbig-turbo-differences#
  • Looking for a replacement turbo that's a major improvement over OEM? This complete bolt-on water cooled turbo is just what you need! This water cooled turbo helps keep charge temps extremely cool, making for more sustained power and cooler motor/engine/exhaust temps. Boost temps will skyrocket quickly on the factory turbo, whereas with our water cooled turbo and much larger compressor housing temps will be lower... even at boost pressures over 25 pounds! (Upgraded wastegate actuator and AA tuning required for higher boost pressures) Now that we are moving air on the intake side, we need to get that air out. This turbocharger includes a high flow 10 blade exhaust turbine with a larger bore to decrease back pressure and heat buildup in the motor. Heat buildup on the exhaust side is another HUGE issue with the OEM turbo, especially with the cheap exhaust housings which are known to crack. Our water cooled turbo utilizes a stainless steel housing that we have yet to see crack, even after hundreds of hours of hard abuse.  The factory wastegate is also a big problem as it's very weak, and as time goes on the spring only gets weaker.  Building boost with a wimpy wastegate can produce varied results, hot temps, and turbo overheating.  We install a new actuator complete with a new bracket set at the factory wastegate crack pressure.  Each turbo is fully balanced and set up from a professional turbocharger manufacturer.
  • ECU Type/O2 Color drop down choice: 2016-18 models ALL have the standard black O2 lead. In 2019+ models blue O2 leads are wideband models and we must know this if you are choosing AA tuning. These models are a different ECU type and will NOT do an ECU read (we supply your stock file). For more information on  this, see this link: https://aftermarketassassins.com/tech-blog/f/rzr-turbo-evap-ca-models#
  • Wastegate Actuator Options:
    • OEM PSI Wastegate Actuator: Can be ran on a stock ECU or AA stock turbo tunes. We set the wastegate crack pressure to the factory setting but an overboost code is still a possibility in some rare conditions and will require AA tuning.  Power levels shown below are with AA big turbo tunes. AA's regular turbo tunes will be about 10-15 RWHP less than the big turbo tunes.
    • AA 10-12 PSI Wastegate Actuator: Must use with AA big turbo tunes. See tune levels below.
  • OEM turbo inducer is 36mm, AA Turbo is 41mm with an overall larger billet wheel.
  • OEM turbo exhaust exducer 50mm, AA turbo is 54mm with a 10 blade turbine wheel for higher exhaust flow.
  • Stainless steel turbine housing has greater corrosion resistance and is less likely to crack like the OEM housing.  Stock like drivability!
  • This turbo offers Lower EGTs (Exhaust temps)  due to higher exhaust flow. Lower intake temps before and after the  intercooler. More efficient turbo all around which is easier on the turbo and motor. A must have if you ride in higher elevations where the stock turbo struggles to create requested boost.
  • If wanting to run the higher PSI actuator/big turbo tunes you can gain another 12-15 RWHP on pump gas tunes over the factory turbo.   See big turbo tunes available below.
  • FYI:  Our baseline results on a 2019 Turbo S were 137-138rwhp. A standard XPT has less aggressive clutching and will show 134-135rwhp stock.
    • The Level 2 turbo upgrade tune is a very safe 16-17 PSI 91 octane tune, good to run on any 91 oxy/ethanol. This tune  produces 155-160 RWHP peak (calculated 195 crank hp), but will pull much harder and keep that horsepower maintained much better than the stock turbo.
    • The Level 3 turbo upgrade tune offers 18-20 PSI and  is also meant to run on 91-93 octane fuel. This produces 175 RWHP  (calculated 220 crank hp) and comes on unbelievably strong, and keeps  pulling. Those with 91 non ethanol, or 93 even with ethanol will be fine  on straight gas. Those with oxygenated 91 might want to think about  adding splash of race fuel or VP Octanium/boostane fuel additive.
    • The Level 4 turbo upgrade tune is for 98-100 octane  fuel. This will produce 185-187 RWHP (calculated 240 crank hp) at 22-23  PSI and hauls the mail! Most will mix race fuel with pump fuel to get  the 100 octane which is what we recommend. A can of Octanium/boostane to  your tank will also work with this tune.  While we suggest tightening head bolts or adding studs, many have a been fine without.   Version 3 catch can is suggested, but version 1 will be okay with this setup.
    • The Level 5 turbo upgrade tune is for 110 octane  fuel and simply drops the hammer! You'll have everyone wondering what is  done to your RZR with this bad ass tune. A huge 25-26 PSI of boost that  comes on HARD. This tune produces 200-205+ RWHP (calculated 250-260  crank horsepower) on our dyno, and has shown 215-220 on customer dynos.  We normally run this tune on 110 leaded fuel. Leaded fuel is harder on  O2 sensors but we have not had much of an issue. We would suggest  picking up another O2 sensor, or an O2 blockoff to keep around.
      • The Level 6 E-85 turbo upgrade tune is simply  unbelievable. Very similar to the 110 tune power, but runs on cheap  corn (E85) fuel! This can also be ran on VP or other E85 fuels. This fuel  makes the motor run cooler and it absolutely loves it. If using pump  E-85, make sure you are between 70-85% ethanol for this tune. 25-26 PSI  with a wicked timing curve that produces the same 200-205 RWHP. This  tune requires our 1200cc injectors and our high flow fuel pump. The  injectors are included in the price of the Level 6 tune. Selecting Level  6 will result in all tunes being built to run 1200cc injectors. You  MUST run the 1200cc injectors with all tunes if selecting this option.
    • Supported mods needed for all levels:  AA big turbo tunes for PV, AA high flow intake tube, AA high flow charge tube, AA S3 clutch kit, AA blow off valve, AA slip-on exhaust or a slip-on exhaust that is free flowing. Power levels are shown with the AA exhaust with no quiet core installed.
    • Supporting mods for level 4:  Level 4 can be run on the same supporting mods as above, but you NEED the Pre airbox intake tube .   We suggest having our oil catch can and tightening the head bolts to 85ft-lbs OR adding head studs.   Many have run level 4 without head studs or the catch can, but we suggest it for motor safety.
    • Additional supporting mods needed to run level 5-6:  Tighten head bolts to 85ft-lbs or install ARP studs to 85ft-lbs (95 if using custom age 625+ studs), gap plugs to .020", catch can (version 3 is highly suggested), and pre airbox intake tube is needed!
    • 2016 models will need our 2017 style injectors and upgraded fuel pump for level 2-5.  If wanting to upgrade to E85 big turbo tunes, you will need our 1200cc injectors and fuel pump.  If going with the 1200cc injectors, we'd build all of your tunes for those injectors.

These are must haves for dog owners!
Size: Large, Color: Pink
These things have saved my sanity! I have two dogs and we use these at least two to three times per week. They are high quality and last thru heavy chewers. We spread peanut butter inside for a quick treat when clipping nails, or make our own mix of Greek yogurt, dry oatmeal, diced carrots, a little pumpkin, and a bit of diced apple, mix it up and freeze it in the Pupsicle mold. That way we have a bunch ready to go and aren’t buying expensive refills. The colors are adorable, the pupsicle is durable, and the dogs LOVE them. FYI - it’s a good idea to use a little olive or avalado oil on the threads when closing them up - it makes life so much easier when screwing then on and off. We throw ours into the dishwasher.

Like unto the Holy Grail of food toys. [I recommend buying the separate treat mold, too.]
Size: Large, Color: Green
So far, I have no complaints. I can see that this toy might not work well for some combinations of dogs and people, but for my two current dogs (blue heeler and small terrier), this thing, plus the treat mold, is GREAT! I love that the dogs get it more or less fully emptied, and it is washable. I love that I can pre-prepare a whole bunch of frozen fillings by using the treat mold (sold separately). Yes, I agree that this is a very expensive item, especially if you buy the treat mold along with the toy. I bought two toys at a very reduced price on Prime day, also bought the treat mold at full price, and consider the combined purchase a great value at this cost. The current price (for the toy) is comparable to the cost of an extra-large Toppl, and I've seen it at a price similar to the current cost of a large Toppl. I checked the current price of the XXL "extreme" Kong I needed to use for one dog, and the current price on a different web site is almost the same as the Woof Pupsicle. To answer questions and issues I've seen mentioned... * My terrier weighs 16 pounds and uses the large toy with no problem. Possibly it is minimally less thoroughly cleaned out, but I'm not positive about that. My only warning would be that you ought to keep track of calories and/or what you put in it because you could potentially give a small dog way too many empty calories from "junk food." * The toy is still usable without the treat mold. Just fill up the solid half of the toy and stick it in the freezer overnight, same as you would do with a Kong, except it takes up less space. * Do introduce it properly, by initially giving it with NON-frozen and sticky food in it. An even more slow, careful, step-wise introduction may be necessary if your dog is a destructo-dog. * The terrier takes about 20 minutes to empty it of frozen canned dog food. That's non-trivial, and I'm not sure why people are complaining. The heeler takes less time (maybe 15 minutes?), but it's still an amount of time that is helpful for me, and this licking activity seems to be especially calming for her (as compared to using the food puzzle toys with kibble). * It initially was extremely difficult to open and close the thing. I was best able to do it with a "light" touch, not pulling and making sure not to press the two surfaces together. After not very long, it became much easier. I didn't need to use oil. If you have trouble getting it closed, it became a lot easier after the solid part was frozen (while the vented part stayed at room temperature). * I agree with others that a larger version might be nice, but a larger version might make dogs more likely to destroy the toy in place of emptying it by focused licking. * I'm not sure that any of these toys are truly indestructible. People are mentioning Kongs. Well, my Kongs have required periodic replacement. They have tooth marks and eventually get "modified" to where pieces might get torn off and consumed. For one dog, I had to upgrade to the XXL-size Extreme (black) version, and she also put tooth marks in that. I own a fortune's worth of Kongs, Toppls, and a couple similar food toys, and they all have their issues. They have holes in them that allow liquid to immediately come out (before freezing occurs). They are bulky and use up a lot of space in the freezer, and the unusual shapes make them non-stackable. For me, Kong toys are time-consuming to fill and difficult to clean. My dogs couldn't get the very end cleaned out without throwing the Kong around (making a big mess), and even then it wasn't fully clean. Some did end up with mold in that part of them. [It looks like new inventions, like plugs (or something like that), may solve some of the problems; I didn't have those.] I mention the other toys only to say that this unique brilliant toy has seeming solved all those problems, and my dogs truly LOVE this toy as well. Be assured, I will update this review if anything changes.

Perfect for Our Nervous Rescue Dog
Size: Large, Color: Green
First Impressions I bought the Pupsicle for our new rescue dog who was very nervous whenever we had to leave the house. Right out of the box it felt sturdy and well-made, and I liked that it wasn’t just another cheap chew toy. ⸻ Setup & Ease of Use I went with the premade treat inserts to start, which made it super simple — just pop one in and hand it over. It’s also dishwasher-safe, which is a huge win for me since I don’t want to deal with scrubbing peanut butter out of toys. ⸻ Performance in Real Life She loves it. The Pupsicle has kept her occupied and calm, which has really helped her acclimate to her new home. Instead of pacing or whining when we leave, she settles down with this toy and stays busy. ⸻ Pros & Cons Pros: • Helps reduce anxiety for nervous dogs • Very durable and solid • Easy to clean (dishwasher safe) • Premade inserts make it effortless Cons: • On the heavier side, so probably best for medium+ dogs • Inserts are convenient but add a little extra cost ⸻ Who It’s For Perfect for new dog owners, rescues, or anyone with a dog who needs a healthy distraction when left alone. ⸻ Final Verdict The Pupsicle has made a noticeable difference for our rescue pup. It’s durable, easy to use, and has genuinely helped her feel more at ease in her new environment. Highly recommend.

Dogs love it, hard to open and close
Size: Large, Color: Pink, Size: Large, Color: Pink
My dogs love this toy. It keeps them entertained a long time. Great calming toy for when you leave the house. Only issues is it is very hard to open and close. One of mine I had three people try to open and after fighting with it for about an hour I finally got it opened. Got 2, one a blue and pink one for each of my dogs. The blue is easier than the pink but still hard to do. Just not as bad. Can't close the pink all the way because it is so hard to close. The dog that uses it has trouble getting the stuff out of it. But it doesn't stop her from trying for hours to do so. Does get some teeth marks on it as well if they are aggressive chewer. Tried multiple eatable lubricating substances to try to make it easier but so far nothing fully worked. Aloe Vera has worked the best so far, but not great.

Good in theory, but didn’t fully deliver
Size: Large, Color: Green, Size: Large, Color: Green
My dog falls right on the size cutoff between the small and large Pupsicle. I initially ordered the large since he’s a strong chewer, but he had trouble getting everything out, so I ended up trying the small as well. There are definitely some positives. I think the design is better than a Kong. It stays upright, which makes it less messy. I also really like the mold for making the inserts, instead of having to fill the toy itself and freeze it. That said, there are two major design issues that impacted my experience. First, the all-rubber construction creates a lot of friction when screwing the bottom into the base, especially after repeated use. It gradually became harder to open, to the point where I was using coconut or avocado oil to try to loosen the threads. At one point I even needed a wrench and pliers just to get a better grip. Second, while it’s marketed as dishwasher safe (which I was excited about for cleaning), it seems to dry out the rubber and makes the threading issue worse over time. Unfortunately, mine is now permanently stuck shut and no longer usable. Overall, I like the concept, but the durability and usability issues make this a 3-star product for me. I’d recommend it with caution, especially if you plan to wash it frequently.
