This is the first art collection by Eric C. Harrison. All of the art in Blackened White was done in black and white.

Eric C. Harrison has done artwork for a number of underground Doom, Hardcore, Punk and Heavy Metal bands for album covers (vinyl / cd & cassette), t- shirts, patches, buttons etc. Bands include Grief, Abscess, 16, Derailer, Kontortion, Fistula, Esoteric, Noosebomb, B9K9, Godstomper, No-comply Coltsblood, Stasis, etc. His art has been used for book covers, chapbook covers and has appeared in a number of literary zines and magazines, in-print and online, internationally.

This collection is entirely of black & white artwork done using pens, pencils & paint. Pieces range in age, 1987 or 1988 to July 2012. The forward was written by Tim Peeler , author of Checking Out, Blood River & Rough Beast / creator and editor of Third Lung Review.
