With precision 3D scanning of the Polaris Pro R 4 Seater, our extended tank sits directly in the available space and requires only a few drilled holes for mounting. All factory plastics and seats can be reinstalled, giving the appearance that this fuel tank is original from the factory.
With The extended tank, there is no room for the factory ducting tube so we include a new tube to duct the air to the clutch. We provide a new cover plate so that it is a complete bolt on solution. No need to cut the factory plastic panels to clear the new tube.
In many applications enthusiast often delete the stock tube anyway, but we want customers to have the options of running the ducting or not, depending on their preference and intended usage of the vehicle.
With our extended tank for the Polaris RZR Pro R, we have doubled the fuel system capacity, providing you with 24 gallons, or 24.5 gallons when the fill neck is elevated, compared to the factory's 12-gallon OEM tank.
