This expression of Shortcross Irish Whiskey showcases their peated single malt Irish whiskey that sweet and smoky flavours to the whiskey. Matured ex-bourbon and virgin American white oak for a minimum of 5 years before being carefully blended together by Director of Distilling & Blending David Boyd-Armstrong. Double distilled for depth of flavour on copper pot stills, including one of the smallest whiskey stills on the island of Ireland. Non-chill filtered, all natural colour.
