How to prepare

  • Thaw in the fridge, clean the cavity, season and cook within 24 hours of defrosting.
  • Cook thoroughly until the flesh flakes easily and reaches 63°C internal.

Storage

  • Keep frozen at -18°C until ready to use. Defrost in the fridge overnight — do not refreeze once thawed. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.

Hey I’m in nursing school and I bought this… it’s not the pocket size, it’s actually a full size book. It brought tears to my eyes many times. I have no idea what a 3rd degree block is. My teacher thinks some of the ekgs are wrong

Can anyone put me in contact with the author of this book? My ekg/cardiology teacher is slandering her name and saying some of the rhythms she has in this book are wrong. Really upsets me because he is only a nurse and teaching a pre paramedic course. Doctors and cardiologist were the ones who cited this book. The rhythms are correct, my teacher just wants to think he is smarter than everyone else when it comes to cardiology. Otherwise I love this book and very helpful.
