Glucosamine plays a vital role in building cartilage, and many take it as a supplement to treat arthritis and osteoarthritis. It occurs naturally in the fluid around the joints, in animal bones, bone marrow, shellfish, and fungi.
Glucosamine, especially glucosamine sulfate, is extracted from the shells of shellfish to make dietary supplements. A synthetic form is made in laboratories, also.
To date, most studies into the potential health benefits of glucosamine focus on glucosamine sulfate.
Glucosamine is vital for building cartilage. Cartilage is a flexible, tough connective tissue found in several parts of the body. This firm, rubbery tissue functions as padding at the ends of long bones where they meet joints.
As we age, cartilage can become less flexible and can steadily breakdown. There is some evidence that glucosamine might slow this process.
Some scientists believe it is the sulfur in glucosamine that is beneficial for cartilage health. Sulfur must be incorporated into cartilage to build and repair it. Naturally, glucosamine plays a role in the incorporation of sulfur into cartilage.
Our Glucosamine is Sulfate.
Both glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride are found in joint supplements that help reduce pain, inflammation, and increase joint health. The major differences between to the two are:
1. Glucosamine sulfate contains the sulfur required for building and repairing cartilage, while glucosamine hydrochloride does not.
2. The research on glucosamine hydrochloride is not substantial, while glucosamine sulfate has been clinically shown to improve joint health.
It works very well together with MSM to maintain healthy joints and also to treat during times of injury or onset of arthritis.

Loading - 8g/day
Stress - 8g/day
Maintenance - 4g/day
Dosages for 500kg horses:
Loading - 10g/day
Stress - 10g/day
Maintenance - 5g/day

Stress - 15g/day
Maintenance - 8g/day

Dosage for dogs:
400mg per 10kg weight daily
1/8 teaspoon per 10kg weight daily
Twice daily for stress dose
(5g equals 1 level teaspoon)
If your animal has no injuries or conditions then do a 2 week loading dose then drop back to the maintenance dose.
If your animal has joint related injuries or suffers from Osteoarthritis then it maybe more beneficial to put him/her on the stress dose for the period of the injury or permanently for Osteoarthritis.

Awesome product overall and it keeps my skin feeling fresh!

I’ve tried a lot of tattoo lotions and oils over the years, and most either feel greasy or don’t really do much, but this one actually delivers a noticeable difference without any of the downsides. I’ve been using the for a while now, and it does a great job keeping my tattoos looking healthy, hydrated, and more defined. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is how it improves the overall appearance, colors look a bit richer, blacks look deeper, and it helps prevent that dry, ashy look that can make tattoos seem dull over time.
It’s not overly shiny or fake looking either, just a natural “refreshed” look. The formula with jojoba oil and vitamin E actually feels like it’s doing something beneficial for the skin long term, not just sitting on top like a coating, and since it’s fragrance free it’s great if you don’t want anything overpowering or irritating.
At 4 oz, the size is solid and a good value, and because it spreads easily and absorbs quickly, you don’t need to use much, so it lasts longer than you’d expect. I’ve been using it mostly after showering or before going out, and it fits easily into a daily routine without feeling like an extra step. It works especially well for maintaining older tattoos or larger areas like sleeves where keeping skin moisturized really makes a visible difference. It’s definitely meant for healed tattoos, not fresh ones, but for ongoing maintenance it does exactly what you want, keeps everything looking clean, smooth, and well cared for without any greasy residue or transfer onto clothes. Overall, it feels like a good value for what you’re getting, especially if you want something simple, effective, with high quality ingredients, and easy to use consistently.

nuggets of gold
Format: Kindle
An amazing insight into the wisdom and the hearts of Enoch and Elijah. Enoch describes how he knew God so well and walked with him in heaven before he died. As you catch his heart for the Lord it will make you want to know God for who He is. It has developed in me a burning passion to really seek after and know God like Enoch did!
Elijah also so powerful seemed a distinctly different and unique personality sharing insight into what's to come for us in the future of the earth and how to really live our lives as Jesus did.
This book is chok-a-block full of riches and information on how these great prophets tell us God wants us to truly live and love our neighbour and the unlovely. We sometimes walk by them and not help the needy when we sing songs like I surrender all in church but don't help them out. God wants us to be sincere and genuine. That for me stood out as the main message

Dare to believe and be encouraged.

This book has increased my faith, and I believe every word written in this book as my spirit bears witness to these writings. All I think about now is visiting heaven, and being able to speak to the saints. The word says we will do the works that Jesus did, and I use to think just about healing, but Jesus did so much more. He raised the dead, walked on water, walked through walls. It's time to think out of the box and into the supernatural.
