Nikon Z7 Mark II Body with Z 24-120mm f/4 SThe Nikon Z7 II takes everything that was great from the original and ups its capabilities even more. Sporting a high resolution 45. 7MP FX format BSI CMOS sensor and dual EXPEED 6 image processors, the Z7 II is clearly aimed at the detail obsessed image maker. The Nikon Z7 II takes everything that was great from the original and ups its capabilities even more. Sporting a high-resolution 45.7MP FX-format BSI CMOS sensor and dual EXPEED 6 image processors, the Z7 II is clearly aimed at the detail-obsessed image-maker. The sensor's design omits the optical low-pass filter for greater detail recording capability and the sensor supports a native sensitivity range down to ISO 64 for lush, rich capture. Additionally, 5-axis in-body Vibration Reduction helps to reduce the appearance of camera shake with any mounted lens. Balancing the imaging, the Z7 II retains its overall physical design, however it has been updated with a new dual memory card slot interface to hold one CFexpress Type B card and one SD UHS-II card for more flexible storage. Dual EXPEED 6 image processors offer increased buffer performance, a faster 10 fps continuous shooting rate, and noticeably reduced blackout times in the viewfinder. Timed long-exposure shooting is now possible for up to 900 seconds (15 minutes) without the need of an external remote. Dual memory card slots offer more flexible file storage capabilities; one CFexpress Type B and one SD UHS-II slot permit overflow, segregated, and repetitive saving options.

The rotation direction of the focus ring on lenses can be switched to suit one's familiarity. The SnapBridge wireless connectivity can be used to update the camera's firmware, instead of relying on a memory card-based system of updating. There is also a Focus Shift mode for recording up to 300 sequential frames with the focus position shifted between exposures for focus stacking applications. The back-illuminated design of the sensor affords noticeably clean high-sensitivity output and reduced noise when working at high ISO values, up to a native ISO 25600, as well as vivid and smooth quality at sensitivities as low as ISO 64. Benefitting the sensor are dual EXPEED 6 image processors, which affords a wealth of speed throughout the camera system, including the ability to shoot continuously at 10 fps for up to 50 consecutive frames.

Focus Peaking can be used to benefit manual focus control and a Zebra Stripes option is also available to help detect over-exposed areas within the frame. Audio recording can be handled using the built-in stereo microphone or an optional external mic can be added via the 3.5mm stereo jack for greater control over quality, and live monitoring is possible via the headphone jack. This provides fast and accurate focusing for both stills and video and with a wide coverage area, subject tracking will work out to near the edges of the frame.A large 3.2" 2.1m-dot LCD screen is available for bright, clear, and vivid image playback and live view shooting. The screen has a tilting design to benefit working from both high and low angles, and it is also a touchscreen for more intuitive operation, navigation, and settings control. The top panel of the Z7 II is configured with a dot-matrix OLED. This low-energy display provides quick access to important camera settings.

The NIKKOR Z 24-120mm f/4 S, from Nikon, is a wide-angle to short-telephoto zoom covering an extremely useful range of focal lengths to benefit a variety of applications from landscape to portraiture. As a go-to lens for a majority of needs, this lens also sports a relatively compact and lightweight design. Featuring a combination of three ED elements, one aspherical ED element, and three aspherical elements, both chromatic and spherical aberrations are effectively eliminated throughout the zoom range for notable sharpness and clarity. This system uses stepping motors, which offer impressively smooth and quiet autofocus performance that is well-suited to both stills and video applications. Full-time manual focus override is also possible and an internal focusing design is used, where only the internal lens groups are moved during focusing, to maintain the overall length of the lens during use and to promote faster focusing speeds.

This book has changed the direction of my life
Format: Paperback
If you are struggling with relationships in the work place this is the book for you. Whether your Christian or not the book will change your life. Danny’s influence or teaching clearly stream through the book. Carla re-explains, gives her insights, and in a beautiful creative way gives vulnerable examples of navigating conflict. Not only guidance on how to fiercely protect a healthy culture but an honest, relatable look into her own journey. What a pearl. This helped me to sit in a “team meeting” and speak out on issues despite the discomfort I feel. I have a vision and use the truths and tools learned in the book to keep me on the path to the vision. I understand it’s a daily walk with Love and connection being the primary goal.

A wonderful call to leading with power and integrity
I have been a big fan of Danny Silk’s “Keep Your Love On” and ”Culture of Honor”, but there have been times where I have hoped for more examples of the principles and keys put to practice. In steps Carla’s book. I love hearing the wonderful story of staff and church transformed, by its leaders learning to carry a culture of honor and love. This book gave such great insight into what it looks like to start at what seems like square one, and dismantle and rebuild a culture from the ground up. Thank you Carla and Danny for bringing such great insight into the church culture culture.

Great book!
Format: Paperback
This is one of the best books I've read recently! If you want to stretch your faith and relationship with God this book will do it! The reading is easy and the examples are spot on. The activations, if you really press in and do them, are amazing! I thought I had a hard time hearing the Lord, but the things that came to my mind while talking to Jesus, have changed me and my relationship with Him!

Wow! Did not realize how much I didn’t see in so many interaction.
I read this book to prepare me to join leadership with our church. I had no idea what I was in for until reading this book. So many important parts to being a leader and being led. Most of all, looking for ways to follow Jesus and point others there to in a healthy, honor cultures was really eye opening for me.
