The ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro Extruder Kit is a fully assembled direct-drive extruder designed to restore or upgrade the extrusion system of the Neptune 4 Pro 3D printer. Built for precision, durability, and stable filament feeding, this extruder kit ensures consistent print quality across a wide range of materials.
The dual-gear direct-drive mechanism provides strong and accurate filament control, reducing slipping and improving extrusion reliability, especially when printing flexible or high-temperature filaments. With a maximum operating temperature of up to 300 °C, it supports materials such as PLA, PETG, TPU, ABS, and nylon.
The extruder features an efficient cooling system with dual 4015 fans, optimized airflow ducts, and a copper-titanium bi-metal heat break to reduce heat creep and minimize clogging. Supplied fully assembled, it allows for quick installation with minimal setup, making it an ideal replacement or maintenance part.
