1908 $20 Motto MS65-

The Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle, named after its designer Augustus Saint-Gaudens, was minted from 1907 to 1933. Often considered the most beautiful piece of coinage struck in American history, this Saint-Gaudens Gold Double Eagle is no exception. The first few series of Saint-Gaudens Double Eagles did not contain the motto "IN GOD WE TRUST", but due to public disapproval the motto was added to the coin in 1908. This stunning 1908-P “No Motto” Saint-Gaudens Double Eagle was struck at the Philadelphia Mint and has been graded Mint State 65. Out of all 1908-P Saint-Gaudens Gold Double Eagles stuck, less than 1% are in MS65 condition. With such a low Mint State 65 population, this coin is considered a Condition Rarity. Coins like this 1908-P Saint-Gaudens Gold Double Eagle became increasingly rare as a result of President Franklin D. Roosevelt signing Executive Order 6102 in 1933. This order sought to revive the American economy by recalling circulating American gold coins to be melted down.

Contains .9675 oz of Gold.

PCGS encapsulation authenticates and protects the condition of the coin.

U.S. Mint issue from the Philadelphia mint.

Classic and useful.
Color: Black
I purchased to gift my son for his apartment. It is both attractive and useful. The weighted base makes it functional and balanced, and all for a very minimal price.

Budget friendly and useful!
Color: Black, Color: Black
Light weight affordable and still nice. Could be a little bit heavier at the base, I really like it so far. Seems pretty sturdy, definitely will need to check in to see the longevity of the product. Overall good budget buy.

Use for canning rings
Color: Black
I bought this to hold my canning rings and it worked great. The smaller arm holds my wide mouth rings and the larger one holds the regular ones. When I’m canning, I’m able to move the whole thing into the kitchen due to its light weight and use what I need. Once I’m done with the rings, back they go.

The paper towel holder was a good price, and is easy to use. Needed minimal assembly, and fits well on my kitchen counter top near the stove.
