The book showcases 35 simple embroidery motifs that can be stitched onto any number of textile objects. Each colourful, striking motif is shown on a specific object for inspiration, whether a towel, skirt, bag, gift card or lampshade. The projects are split into fun chapters, themed according to their uses: Eat, Sleep, Relax, Work, Play, Dress, Bath, Celebrate, and the instructions are as clear and simple as the motifs themselves. The items are often embellished with buttons and contrasting fabric trims and for each motif there is also a 'Stitch it!' star with suggestions for further uses of the motif, all of which gives the reader a wealth of inspiration for any project they wish to take on board. Solid Affordable Duvet Insert Comforter

This is a great affordable all-season duvet insert comforter. There are multiple tie downs to attach to the duvet cover, not just the 4 corners. It is soft and washes well. It's plenty warm in the cold but might be too much during the hotter months. I live in San Diego where the average yearly temperature is at least 70 degrees. During the majority of the year this comforter ended up being too warm for me. I've used it for nearly 2 years but just replaced it with the much thinner Bedsure cooling comforter. If you're a hot sleeper or live in a warm climate, I'd recommend that product. This is still a good comforter, just not for me.

Not Bulky, Not Too Warm

This is a great comforter. I have purchased others that were way too bulky. This one is perfect. It is lightweight and seems ideal for warmer temperatures. I am not too hot in the middle of the night. We are heading into Summer but I am sure this will be fine for Summer heat or for Air Conditioners.
