DESIGN PROOF
For Personalised items I send a proof of the design which needs to be checked and confirmed is correct before I will make the item. This will be sent via email. However if I don’t receive conformation the proof is correct after 48 hours then I will go ahead and make the item in order to keep within my processing & dispatch times.


DELIVERY INFO
Please take note of my current processing time before checkout, as each item is handmade to order and made to high quality standards.
All items are shipped Royal Mail standard second class post, however I do offer royal mail special delivery upgrade which is guaranteed next day 1pm. Please note that my processing times still stand it is the postage that is next day. Please contact me if you need your order processed quicker than my standard 5-10 working days.

REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, as this is a personalised item, I do not accept returns. However, if there has been an error on my part or the item has been damaged during delivery, then please let me know as soon as you have received your order and I will offer a replacement or refund.
