Everyone’s circumstances are different and writing a Last Will can be a complex task. For this reason we provide four different types of Wills in this kit, enabling you to write a Will that provides for all of your needs. 

 

Our kit is a legal will template drafted by a solicitor, saving you hundreds of pounds in legal fees whilst ensuring peace of mind for you and your loved ones.

 

How do I use these Last Will templates?

The kit provides four types of Will for you to choose from, as we understand that every person’s circumstances are different. Once you have chosen the most appropriate version for you, the Will templates provide sufficient space to insert the relevant information. We provide explanatory notes to ensure our kit is understandable, simple, and easy to use. Detailed instructions on how to sign and legally validate your Will are included.

What is included in this kit?

This kit contains four types of legal Will templates, as well as step-by-step instructions to guide you through the process of creating your Will. We also provide completed examples to make the task as smooth as possible.

Is this Last Will and Testament DIY kit suitable for me?

There are circumstances in which one is not legally capable of completing a valid Will. Should any of the following be applicable to you, you should not complete your Will without obtaining independent legal advice:

 

  • If you are under the age of 18 years.
  • Should you suffer from a mental illness or be mentally unsound.
  • If you are not permanently resident in England, Wales or Northern Ireland.

 

Additionally, there are circumstances in which the Will templates may not be suitable to your specific needs. Should any of the following be applicable to you, you should seek independent legal advice before completing your Will:

 

  • If you have assets and/or property overseas.
  • If you own your own business.
  • If you wish to set up a trust in your Will.

    This classy evening bag by CHUNLI is large enough to hold all you will need for an evening out. It will hold your keys, driver's license, money, small brush or comb, lipstick, and of course your cell phone. The clasp on top is a little work of art and yet it still does a great job of holding the bag shut. The silver chain (not copper colored as shown in my photo) is strong and attractive and is easy to attach and remove. It makes the bag hands-free if you choose not to carry it as a clutch. Unlike some evening bags, this is a solid formed shape, and will not warp as a soft bag could do. This will enhance your dressy outfit.

    Great value for the money with a leveled up intentional design

    This clutch is more stylish and elevated than I expected when I ordered it. The overall shape and that wave-like exterior give it a more interesting, elegant look in hand. It comes with a gold chain strap, which is honestly pretty cheap and shiny, but it’s detachable, so you’re not stuck with it. Given the weight and width of the bag, I actually think using a chain makes sense — it’s not the easiest thing to hold comfortably as a clutch for long periods. If I were going to use it regularly, I’d probably swap the chain out for something a little higher quality. The clasp is a gold flower with a small decorative jewel in the center, which adds a bit of personality and makes it feel less generic. That said, the hinge along the bottom is fully visible and would look more refined if it were finished in black or gold instead of standing out. Inside, it’s lined with a satin-like nylon material. There’s elastic on both sides that helps pull the clutch closed, which is a practical detail. It fits a large phone easily, along with the usual evening essentials. It is heavier than expected because of the metal frame, and the exterior is PU (vegan leather), so you get that structured feel. The size is also a bit larger than I anticipated. One thing to note — it doesn’t come with a dust bag or protective cover, and the surface could easily show marks if you’re not careful, so you’ll want to store it thoughtfully. The brand name (CHUNLI) is a bit different, but the design itself does a good job of elevating above that. It’s not perfect — the chain and hinge could be improved — but visually it’s interesting and feels more elevated than the price would suggest.
