These Bolt to the two small bolt holes in the Upper Door Hinges. For the Mirror Head, see GM MTC5084 (linked below), or swap out your originals. Each Mirror Arm Requires 2 Pan Head Screws that go in through the back of the upper hinge, (You will need to remove the door side hinge bolts), see BN 3B M6X20SS (linked
