Engineered for modern enterprise networks, the Aruba 6300L 24-port switch delivers flexible, high-density connectivity with Smart Rate optimization across multi-rate copper ports. This L2 switch is purpose-built for campus distribution, edge deployments, and aggregation to the core, offering a scalable foundation that blends performance with intelligent management. With ArubaOS-CX under the hood, it brings automation, security, and visibility to a compact, energy-conscious platform designed to simplify deployment and ongoing operations in distributed environments.

  • Multi-rate access ports for flexible client connectivity: The 24 RJ-45 ports support 1G, 2.5G, 5G, and 10G auto-negotiation with Smart Rate technology. This enables a broad mix of devices—from laptops and printers to high-speed wireless access points and IoT gateways—to operate at their best possible speed without aggressive cabling changes or manual tuning. The result is improved user experience and reduced IT overhead when updating or expandingendpoint devices.
  • High-speed uplinks with adaptable connectivity: Two 50G SFP56 uplink ports and two 25G SFP28 uplink ports provide flexible, future-ready pathways to the campus core or data-center edge. This arrangement supports scalable aggregation, smooth growth of bandwidth-intensive applications, and straightforward migration paths as network demands evolve. The uplinks are designed to preserve headroom for peak periods of traffic while maintaining low latency across the network.
  • Layer 2 switching with advanced visibility and control: Built on ArubaOS-CX, this switch delivers robust VLAN support, granular QoS, ACLs, and policy-based traffic management. It enables precise segmentation and secure, predictable handling of mixed workloads. Network administrators gain clear visibility into traffic flows, faster troubleshooting, and consistent policy enforcement across campus floors and departmental networks.
  • Smart Rate optimization for performance consistency: Smart Rate dynamically negotiates the highest compatible data rate with each attached device, helping to minimize contention and buffering. This feature is especially valuable in environments with diverse endpoints and bandwidth-hungry applications, ensuring smoother video conferencing, real-time collaboration, and cloud access without sacrificing reliability on slower links.
  • Integrated management and analytics for streamlined operations: The Aruba portfolio supports centralized management options, simplified provisioning, and rich analytics. Whether deployed in a standalone fashion or integrated with Aruba Central, administrators can monitor health, apply firmware updates, and automate routine tasks—reducing mean time to repair and accelerating deployment across multiple sites.

How to install Aruba 6300L 24p Smart Rate L2 Switch

  • Plan your deployment by mapping device locations, cabling paths, and uplink connections to the campus core or data-center edge. Consider future growth and the placement of access-layer devices to optimize cable runs and minimize congestion.
  • Install the switch in a standard 19-inch rack or on a secure shelf, ensuring adequate airflow, unobstructed access to management ports, and proper cable management so maintenance remains straightforward over time.
  • Connect the 24 copper ports to endpoint devices, distribution switches, or access points using appropriate CAT6a/CAT7 cable where necessary. Enable Smart Rate negotiation to automatically select the best common rate for each connection.
  • Connect the uplink ports to your core or aggregation layer with suitable transceivers for 50G (SFP56) or 25G (SFP28) links. Verify link status and align fiber connectors for distance and quality requirements across your topology.
  • Power on the device, access the management interface, and perform the initial configuration. Assign a device name, configure a management IP, set up VLANs and basic security policies, and apply firmware updates. If using Aruba Central or another centralized management system, enroll the device to enable ongoing monitoring and policy synchronization.

Color: Higher Level-Navy A
The design is adorable and I love the little bones and paw prints they put on the tabs. They are easy to slide and the colors are bright and admirable. There is different difficulty levels. The yellow circles are more on the easy side. The red ones are a bit more harder if you have a more intelligent dog. The three white tabs in the middle move in a 360 circle, there is one missing so you can slide the red tab in to hide the treats. I use my dog's kibble as treats; the kibble pellets are 1cm in length and 1cm in width. I can fit about 2 pellets in each tab hole, there are 14 small holes which you can hide the treats in total. Cleaning the puzzle It depends if you wash it by hand or put it in the dishwasher. I do both but I prefer the dishwasher because it is a little hard to clean by hand since there is so many nooks and crannies on the toy. Of course, it is dishwasher safe and I recommend putting it in by itself because you don't want to cross-contaminate the dog slobber to be on your dishes. I wouldn't put crushed or wet dog food in it because it could get in the sliding rails and jam it up or get moldy. If you are going to dry the toy, open all the tabs so they are exposed. If you cannot, that's okay. My dog's opinion I have two dogs, a 2-year-old chocolate Labrador named Maggie and a 7-year-old labradoodle named Rufio, Maggie takes about 1 or 2 minutes to finish the puzzle because she is super energetic. Rufio takes 3 or 4 minutes because he is calmer; but sometimes I have to help him just a little bit. It is suitable for all dog ages and I recommend it if your dog (s) are annoying you. They both love it and I give it to them for mental stimulation and as a reward. The bottom has "non-slip pads", but if I'm being honest they actually don't work that well. My dogs just slide it around.

Great design!
Color: Higher Level-Navy A
This Joansan Dog Puzzle Toy is exactly what I was looking for. My little MinPin is a worker and he likes having a job to do. I purchased this to entertain him when rolling his treat ball all over the place isn't practical. This disc has a non slip bottom and it's actually fairly heavy. It doesn't slide easily. So my little worker usually ends up picking it up and transporting it to different locations throughout the house. Obviously, individual results will vary, depending on size, personality, and breed of the dog using it, but it's been great for my lil guy. He gets a little physical and mental exercise. It's sturdy enough to withstand his scratching and chewing. My big dog likes it too. The size is perfect for food oriented cats too. My cat is too lazy to work for his food though. So he wasn't interested in it.

This feeder will surely make your dogs work for their food.
Color: Higher Level-Navy A
I recently tried this slow feeder (I purchased 2 feeders) for my two Corgis (25 & 30 lbs.). Overall, it’s a well-constructed product and definitely slows down eating as intended. The design encourages dogs to work for their food, which helps with digestion and keeps them engaged. That said, there are a couple of challenges I noticed. The kibble sometimes gets jammed in the sliding doors, which can make it harder for my pups to access the food. Also, the feeder doesn’t hold a large amount of kibble—I found myself needing to refill it 2–3 times per meal to accommodate both of my dogs. Finally, my pups had a tougher time reaching the kibble in the middle ring, which caused a bit of frustration. Despite these issues, it’s sturdy, safe, and does the job of slowing down fast eaters. I think it could work especially well for smaller dogs or those who eat less at mealtime.

He loves it, what else is there to say!
Color: Green
My dog loves this ball. Originally we used it as it is designed and put treats inside it to knock out and keep him busy, now he just loves to throw it around and fling it by the pieces of fabric that come out. He is generally a toy destroyer so the fact that it is still arounds shows that it is strong and was for sure worth the buy. Would 100% recommend for any dog that likes to keep busy!

Pupper shakes with excitement when I take this out
Color: Green
This is a very good toy for a super busy pup but take it away after they find the treats or it's getting destroyed (the fleece) totally worth the money and the five minute prep time for a play session
