Lancaster appeared as a chorus girl in the classic musicals Flying Down to Rio (1933), Murder at the Vanities (1934), and Hollywood Party (1934). She also had roles in the early John Wayne Western, The Trail Beyond (1934) and the 1946 Universal horror film, The Cat Creeps.
