Stays in shape, extremely comfortable. Only thing is you definitely need a 32" pillowcase to cover it, and I wish they made a 34" pillowcase, but no luck. I used the pillow the same night and it's definitely worth the money. No neck pain, super squishy but supportive, and no odor.
