Metaphysical Properties

Painite is a powerful stone for opening and activating all of the chakras. As the name suggests Painite assists with the clearing of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual pain on the energetic level. The mineral's energy is also helpful for bringing the insight forward into the conscious mind required to process old negative thought forms. It is particularly effective for working through blocks associated with the solar plexus and heart chakras. One may feel a sense of empowerment and strengthening of willpower when placed over the Solar Plexus chakra. Combining Painite with Moldavite creates a strong connection with the Heart chakra. This energy may be felt in the higher heart and Thymus chakra area.

About Painite

Painite is one of the worlds rarest stones. Only two faceted gems were known to exist up until 2004. This rare mineral contains Calcium, Zirconium, Boron, Aluminum, Oxygen and it also contains trace amounts of Chromium and Vanadium, which are responsible for Painite's typically orange-red to brownish-red color.
