• This Hobart Legacy+ HL400-4 40 qt. all-purpose floor mixer comes complete with everything you need to quickly prepare fluffy mashed potatoes and moist bakery-style cakes, signature pizza dough, and rich, tasty icing.
• Its standard accessory package features Hobart QuickRelease Agitators, including (1) 40 qt. "ED" dough hook, (1) 40 qt. "B" beater and (1) 40 qt. "D" wire whip, as well as (1) 40 qt. stainless steel bowl.
• A #12 taper attachment hub makes transitioning between accessories easier than ever.
