Comunica Suc de SauloComunica Garnacha Carenyena is the estate wine of Mas den Cosme, made from roughly equal portions of Garnacha and Carinyena, and a touch of Syrah (10%). Its fermented with indigenous yeast and lots of whole bunches, and raised entirely without oak to preserve the bright fruit and incredible texture inherent in the wine. Comunica shows fresh blackberry, blackcurrant and raspberry flavours offset by an intense mineral line and incredibly smooth fruit

It’s fermented with indigenous yeast and lots of whole bunches, and raised entirely without oak to preserve the bright fruit and incredible texture inherent in the wine.
Comunica shows fresh blackberry, blackcurrant and raspberry flavours offset by an intense mineral line and incredibly smooth fruit tannins. There’s a touch of thyme and bay to the palate, but this is anything but rustic.
