MALLORYS TOCINO originates on the tropical island of Cebu, Philippines from a traditional TOCINO recipe passed down through the founders family. The founders carry on the tradition and have been making MALLORYS TOCINO commercially from locally sourced meat, on Queenslandsâ Sunshine Coast for many years.
WHY TOCINO JERKY, and not just JERKY? Tocino means bacon in Spanish. It is a high protein, low fat snack. (YES! almost no fat because that hinders the preservation process) Mallory's Tocino jerky has a long shelf life in an air tight seal and is best kept at room temperature.
All of our jerky is 97% fat free, and is a great source of protein.
