How It Works – Freeze Drying
Our meals are prepared using freeze-drying technology. Fully cooked food is first frozen at -35°C and then slowly dried in a vacuum chamber up to 55°C, preserving the authentic taste, aroma, and nutrition while ensuring a long shelf life without refrigeration.
