Thicket & Thimble Keepsake dolls are lovingly designed, made and printed in Kent, England.

Original water colour paintings of the signature Thicket & Thimble doll features, including trompe-l'oeil stitching detail, are printed onto natural linen and hand crafted into a beautiful doll. Keepsake dolls are the perfect size for play and measure 32cm (not including the ears). We recommend these dolls for ages 3 and up due to the delicate clothing.

The wool felt ears are hand sewn and each doll is filled with hypo-allergenic stuffing and completed with a soft organic cotton tag. 

Our exclusive Thicket & Thimble reversible play mat features water colour and ink artwork printed on white cotton canvas. The play mat forms a map, exploring all the Thicket & Thimble character’s woodland home. 

Each play mat is reversible and when not in use for play, can also be used as a top quilt for single beds. It’s filled with high-loft, hypo-allergenic wadding and completed heirloom quilting cross stitch. The reverse features the beautiful ‘Adelajda’ Liberty London print in Liberty's signature silk like Tana Lawn cotton fabric. Also available in 'Pink Wild Flowers' Liberty Print.

The play mat is completed with an organic cotton soft tag and round letterpress card swing tag. Measures 70 x 100cm.

Designed, printed and handmade in Kent, England.

Handwash and lay flat to dry.

The stitching at the tip seems to give away first, then the find. Sadly, you gotta throw it away when you see the first signs of the stuffing.

This is not the toy for your dog is they like to rip them apart. That being, my sister’s dog loved these as his gift. I bought a set of these toys for my 30 lb black labs (mixed breed). They are normally very aggressive chewers, and as a result, these dogs are difficult to find toys for. They destroy pretty much everything except for those very strong rubber toys which are not as much fun for them to play with. So far, these toys have lasted us 2 days and counting which is quite an accomplishment considering their soft toys typically last about 10 min. or so before they start eating the stuffing and pull the squeakers out. Between the plastic noises from the tenticles and the squeakers my dogs have just been having the time of their lives. We have to confiscate them at bedtime so we can sleep! Even though I'm positive these toys will not hold up for much longer because of their chewing habits, it was worth the money to splurge on something fun for them to get so excited to play with. I intend to replace them occasionally as long as we continue getting at least a couple days of use out of them. If your dogs are less aggressive chewers then you should definitely give this toy a try!
