With their 2019 album Blood Year, Russian Circles forsake the sonic crossroads of divergent musical paths found on albums like Guidance and Memorial to offer up the most direct and forceful collection of songs in their discography. With guitarist Mike Sullivan, drummer Dave Turncrantz and bassist Brian Cook all residing in different states, Russian Circles have typically crafted their albums by piecing together song fragments and home recordings into meticulous texture-rich studio productions. But after seven tours in North American and five trips to Europe in support of 2016s Guidance, the band made a conscious effort to approach the songs on Blood Year with the same organic feel of a live show. In an age where rock records are often built on a computerized grid, Russian Circles chose to track the foundations of the songs together in one room as complete takes without click tracks. While it retains the dexterity, multi-faceted techniques, and dramatic compositions that have been a trademark of Russian Circles since day one, Blood Year fully embraces the most forceful aspects of the bands repertoire.

My dogs absolutely love these! I bought them at a great price! They have lasted my dogs over a year! I have a full pitbull, pit/lab, pit/boxer, and a pit/mastiff. So needless to say they pass the power jaw test. They look just like the pictures and they are pretty light weight!

Benebone is fantastic for heavy chewers and busy, adolescent pups!

This little multi-pack is cost-effective in a few ways, super durable and effective, and I'll definitely be purchasing the multi-pack again. We discovered these about a year ago and have been buying them ever since. I'm just now getting around to reviewing them because they're that good, plus I love that the company is family-owned.
Four "bones" lasts a little over a month for a power chewer, which is a bargain! You get 4 medium size "bones" for the retail price of 2. These smell delicious to dogs but humans can detect the odor, which is so nice. They are incredibly durable, but somehow also not too hard for a power chewer, and they keep pup from chewing on books and other items that we don't wanted chewed to bits. Heavy chewers (and their people!) love these and the variety of shapes means we can swap them out in rotation and keep pup's interest going for a few weeks.
Wait until your pup has all of their adult teeth, as they are a little too hard for teething. And for super power chewers, watch out for the fish shaped chew, as this one seems to allow larger pieces to be chewed off the fish head "corners" more easily due to the relative thinness of the shape at that point when compared to the other 3 shapes.
Keep an eye on how much your power chewer is taking off of these "bones" (little tiny pieces do get chewed off) and toss them (or recycle with Benebone!) when your dog is able to chew off more than a crumb size piece.

Seems Very Durable So Far

My dogs are really enjoying these chew toys! These keep them busy for hours!! So far they seem very durable and my little dogs can really chew and destroy so I’m happy about these so far! They rarely each chew a toy at the same time, but choose to take turns instead. But now they each have a chew toy and they are happy campers!!
