The viewer has a platform hinged base with adjustable height and at the front are two lenses for stereo use that are hinged to lie flat on the platform when not in use. A Graphoscope lens can then be hinged from underneath the platform to the viewing position. This can then be removed and re-stored in the base. At the rear of the platform is a hinged photograph holder with a diffusing screen for stereo images. Viele ihrer Stereo-Betrachter wurden von Charles John Rowsell entworfen. Der Betrachter hat eine aufklappbare Plattform mit einstellbarer Höhe und an der Vorderseite befinden sich zwei Linsen für den Stereobetrieb, die aufklappbar sind, um bei Nichtgebrauch flach auf der Plattform zu liegen. Ein Graphoscope-Objektiv kann dann von der Unterseite der Plattform in die Betrachtungsposition geschwenkt werden. Diese kann dann abgenommen und wieder in der Basis verstaut werden. An der Rückseite der Plattform befindet sich ein aufklappbarer Fotohalter mit einer Streuscheibe für Stereobilder. Das gesamte Gerät lässt sich bei Nichtgebrauch flach zusammenklappen - ein seltenes Gerät in perfektem Zustand.
