Discover the reliability and versatility of the Wiremold Ratchet-Pro Steel Concrete Floor Box, engineered to deliver durable dual-service electrical access in concrete floors. This rectangular metal floor box features a nonmetallic top designed for pours from 4" to 6" thick, with clear volume and depth markings to streamline installation. Built to accommodate 2Hub conduit, it’s a robust solution for commercial spaces demanding safe, code-compliant power distribution with lasting performance under heavy use.

  • Dual-service steel floor box with a nonmetallic top: This rugged rectangular unit is designed to handle multiple services while keeping poured concrete manageable. The nonmetallic top provides a clean, smooth surface for pours within the 4"–6" thickness range, helping installers create flush, professional installations without compromising internal components.
  • Graduated markings for volume and pour depth: Inside and outside the box, graduated indicators guide installers with precise volume capacity readings and recommended pour depth, ensuring accurate fills and helping you stay code-compliant while avoiding overfill or underfill scenarios.
  • 2Hub conduit compatibility: The box is engineered to accept 2Hub fittings, enabling 2" conduit routing through the unit. This feature simplifies multi-port configurations and field modifications, reducing the need for additional adapters or fittings on the job site.
  • Durable steel construction with strategic design: Built from heavy-duty steel, the Ratchet-Pro floor box resists impact and wear in demanding construction environments. The robust interior layout protects conductors, while the exterior structure provides long-term durability under traffic and equipment.
  • Ease of installation and field versatility: With its engineered pour boundary and accessible interior, this floor box supports efficient installation in new concrete pours, retrofits, and remodels. The combination of strength, clarity of markings, and conduit flexibility makes it a preferred choice for modern office, healthcare, and commercial spaces.

how to install Wiremold Ratchet-Pro Steel Concrete Floor Box

  • Plan the installation location in alignment with the floor layout, ensuring access to the box from desired workstations or meeting areas and confirming there is enough clearance for conduit connections and cover removal.
  • Prepare the concrete opening according to the planned pour depth (4"–6"). The opening should accommodate the box body with a stable base while leaving the nonmetallic top flush with the finished floor surface.
  • Position the Ratchet-Pro box in the opening, align with your layout lines, and verify that the interior volume markings align with the intended service configuration. Secure the box to the surrounding formwork or substrate as required by project specifications.
  • Route 2" conduit through the 2Hub-compatible opening(s) as needed. Connect conductors to the internal provisions while maintaining separation between different circuit services to meet code requirements and preserve protection.
  • Pour concrete up to and around the nonmetallic top, using the graduated depth indicators to ensure the pour depth remains within 4"–6" as specified. Allow the concrete to cure per manufacturer's recommendations and project standards before removing formwork.
  • After curing, remove any temporary formwork and verify the box is flush with the floor surface. Install covers or accessories supplied with the box, and perform a thorough inspection to confirm all connections are secure and properly seated.
  • Test the configuration by restoring power and validating device access, ensuring that the box remains accessible for future maintenance while maintaining a clean, professional floor appearance.

Chicken Flavor Good, But 🔄 Rotation-Resistant✖; Best for Simpler Chewers
Size: X-Small, Color: Ring Bone, Size: X-Small, Color: Ring Bone
🐾 Hi, I’m PVD; plush sophisticate, chew critic, and active curator of rotational toy relevance. This ring bone and I never fully bonded. I sampled it maybe five times in my entire puppyhood before quietly returning it to the bin (with a single judgmental glance). Still, it does have value for the right pup. ⭐ Why I originally wanted to love it: ✔️ XS size works well for very young puppies ✔️ Chicken flavor lasts impressively long ✔️ Freezing offers temporary gum relief ✔️ Durable and safe; no odd odors or shredding 🌀 Why it’s now a respectful 3-star chew in my rotation: ✘ Never became a go-to toy (5 uses max in my life) ✘ Ring shape felt awkward, not natural or chic; hard to grip and maneuver ✘ Texture too tame vs. nubs or detailed chew surfaces ✘ When I was smaller, I much preferred the Nylabone Baby Blue Bone Chew Toy with nubs (my personal classic), and have since matured into nightly Nylabone “Nubz” edible bones This Ring Bone is Best For: • Very young puppies with minimal chew preferences • Dogs who like simple textures and circular shapes • Those just starting enrichment chew play • Freezer treat rotations (briefly) 🚫 Not ideal for: picky pups, advanced chewers, or dogs who analyze toy ergonomics (like myself). 📝 Final Re-Barks: A strong, well-made chew, but lacked the intrigue to make my permanent rotation. Works for basic chew enjoyment; not for pups with elevated taste or toy ambition. — PVD (Chew Strategist, Textural Analyst & Aspire-to-Vine Reviewer 🐶💼)

Puppy loves it!
Size: X-Large, Color: Teething Bone, Size: X-Large, Color: Teething Bone
My small puppy loves this bone! I originally purchased this for a larger dog, but my small 10 pound puppy loves it more. It’s good quality and a softer material for puppies!

A hit, but could be stronger
Size: Medium, Color: Ring Bone, Size: Medium, Color: Ring Bone
Gave this to my 11 week old pittie, and she did significant damage within 15 mins. She left a pile of chewed bits on the couch but thankfully didn't eat them. Definitely don't leave unsupervised. That said, she LOVED it and it seemed to help her teething gums so, I'm still giving it a 4/5 Puppy pics for tax

My dog loves this toy!!!
Size: Medium (Pack of 1), Style: Stick Medium
I bought this toy for my 80 lb dog who is very rough on her toys. She Loves squeaker toys. This toy held up for about 1 years which is awesome for how aggressive my dog is with her toys. I play tug of war with her with this. The squeaker didn't last too long. Somehow she broke that pretty quickly but the toy itself was very strong and durable. It's a softer rubber like material and it's bendable and twistable. After the toy broke (it actually broke in half), I purchased her another one because of how much she enjoyed it. This newer one, the squeaker still works and have had it for about 6 months or so now. I highly recommend this toy to anyone who has a dog that is an aggressive chewer and who's hard on their toys.

She goes through things pretty quick, and I know she could have destroyed ...
Size: Large (Pack of 1), Style: Stick Large
My dog is a heavy chewer, and player (Doberman). I got one of these when she was a puppy and about 2 years later it broke in half from periodic chewing and tugging. It was one of her favorites and I was impressed it lasted so long so I ordered another one. She goes through things pretty quick, and I know she could have destroyed this fast as well, but it probably helped that she had other things she was supposed to chew on instead. We never encouraged her to chew this, but she loves bringing it over so we can throw it, or tug on it. Never had any issues with the squeaker (until the first one broke in half after 2 years). I would recommend it, but try to encourage it for play and not for chewing. It is flexible and durable and handles a 70lb Doberman dangling from it periodically.
