Industry Nine A318 Stem - 50mm 31.8mm Clamp +/-4.4 1 1/8" Aluminum Orange. Industry Nine A-Series mountain bike stems are crafted from domestically-sourced 7075 aluminum billet into a svelte design achieving a nexus of form and function. Using advanced manufacturing techniques honed over decades in our CNC machine shop we continue our proud tradition of offering riders uncompromising components. The A35 and A318 utilize either a 35mm or 31.8mm handlebar clamp diameter providing 180 degrees of contact on the stem body for twist-free security that will play nice with both alloy and carbon bars. Stainless steel hardware ensures everything stays in place and looks great regardless of mud-blasting washes or rainforest climates.

Don’t buy for restaurant industry

Good looking shoes, fairly comfortable and good value based on the description shared, so I don’t feel it’s fair to rate them lower than 4 stars. I had high hopes for them based on previous reviews from others saying they wore them in the food and beverage industry that mentioned their quality and durability, however I strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you do. I purchased these to wear working in a full service upscale restaurant and in less than two months have managed to have torn the material on the middle exterior section and the bottoms of the shoes are already completely worn down. Good design, but the durability needs to be improved if they’re to hold up for that industry.

I bought these for work as a bartender in August of 2025. By December, the tops were scuffed, frayed, and peeling beyond repair, and by February, the soles were coming off. I’ve never had a pair of shoes with such low quality.

Most comfortable shoes, right out of the box!

Oh my! So, my ordering of shoes online has been hit or miss - 1/2 size too big or too small; too wide or not wide enough. Enter these Marc Joseph shoes… such a game changer. They fit like a glove, exceptionally comfortable, and easy to slip in and out of. I like them so much that I am shopping for another pair. So far, the size, quality, fit, feel, look, and comfort make this pair my dedicated first pick. Btw, I have been wearing them for six hours and they are still very comfortable! I highly recommend these shoes.
