Narcan 4 mg Nasal Spray is manufactured by Emergent Devices Inc (formally Adapt Pharma). Each factory box of Narcan® contains 2 individually packed 4 mg prefilled Ready-to-use Narcan® doses. if one (4mg) dose is not enough, you have the second (4mg) dose to administer in the nose. NARCAN® Nasal Spray is to be given right away and does not take the place of emergency.
