The TTSPORT Circuit Racing TR41 is a rear-axle 4-piston big brake kit built for circuit work, time attack, and endurance use. The TR41 rear caliper uses a 31.8 mm / 36 mm staggered piston layout, 4-piston architecture, and 36.12 cm² piston area per caliper so initial bite stays linear and the rear axle does not over-grab as pads heat up.

The Bespoke Engineering Process
Every TR41 rear circuit racing system is engineered around the vehicle’s rear knuckle, hub location, rotor hat offset, wheel barrel, spoke clearance, brake line routing, and rear brake bias target. The goal is not a generic universal fit; the goal is a rear brake package that works with your chassis geometry and gives the driver repeatable pedal behavior lap after lap.
1. Technical Consultation
We review the chassis, rear suspension and knuckle setup, competition use, target rear brake behavior, wheel package, tire package, front brake pairing, ABS / electronic stability behavior, and whether the car uses OEM or custom rear uprights.
2. Data Submission
For OEM knuckles, provide vehicle information and detailed wheel specifications. For custom knuckles, provide CAD files, technical drawings, hub-face data, rotor mounting information, or accurate mounting-point measurements so the bracket and rotor-hat package can be evaluated correctly.
3. Engineering Review & Approval
TTSPORT reviews the submitted data, confirms the vehicle-specific radial caliper bracket, rotor hat offset, brake line approach, and required fitment details for approval before manufacturing begins.

Installation & Break-In
- TR41 rear kits ship with vehicle-specific radial caliper brackets and brake-line fittings.
- If your chassis is not a standard catalog application, send hub face, rotor mounting, wheel clearance, rear knuckle, and line-routing details to the engineering team before production.
- For custom subframes, swapped rear knuckles, motorsport hub conversions, or non-OE rotor offsets, bracket geometry and line routing must be validated before manufacturing.
- Open-back pad access allows pad changes without removing the caliper.
- Two-piece rotor design allows friction ring replacement while retaining the alloy hat.
- Bedding-in procedure is required before first hot lap or track use.

Is the TR41 a front or rear caliper?
The TR41 in this listing is a rear-axle 4-piston caliper, sized and valved for rear brake balance on a balanced race car. It is intended to pair with a matching front BBK or a properly biased OE front setup.
What rotor size and wheel size do I need?
The TR41 rear caliper accepts Ø330 mm or Ø345 mm × 28 mm two-piece rotors and requires a 17-inch or larger wheel. Final clearance depends on wheel barrel and spoke profile.
Which pad compound should I run?
For HPDE, sprint, and most club racing, the standard 0–600 °C compound with average μ 0.38 gives a stable rear bias. For endurance, time attack, or heavy chassis where rear pads see higher heat, choose the 0–750 °C Option B compound with average μ 0.45.
Can I change the caliper color?
No. The TR41 ships in a nickel-plated finish only. Custom color is not offered on this caliper.
Does it fit my car out of the box?

Is bedding-in required?

Broke within an hour of assembly.

This is of horrible quality. Within an hour of building, the feet support were broken on both ends, where they spin in place & do not stay straight to hold the divider up. Pieces of the plastic on the feet were broken simply from assembling the product.
The covers for the metal poles were the only reason I bought this divider instead of other similar products, however those only cover one side of the metal poles so they are still visible from the other side. Two of these covers were also torn & not useable within an hour of assembly, one was already partially ripped on arrival & the other one was ripped simply during assembly of the product.
I do not recommend this item & would have returned if I was still in the return window. I missed the return window because the product was bought during the holidays & I didn’t have time to mess with the return. I have not been able to use this product even once, the broken feet which do not stay in place make it very unstable & dangerous.

Great Product that does exactly what it says it will.

I really enjoy this product and it does exactly what it describes. I use it on my balcony. It is effective, but still very lightweight. It is easy to assemble as well. The price point is excellent. Great WFH screen for video calls
Color: Black, Size: 22"- 4 Panel
I share a workspace with my hubs since we both work from home. I have the attention span of a 🐿️ and need this so I can focus on my work and not get distracted by him, since he is very amusing to watch. This screen is very lightweight and the panels can move and create a little cubicle around your workspace. I personally loved cubicles & despise open space seating, even at home. The ADHDer in my loves being able to block things away from my field of vision.
These panels also hide any mess behind you, especially if you forget to blur the background on Teams or Zoom calls or if you don’t have the option to change your backgrounds.
This was fairly easy to put together and very easy to move and adjust. The screen is a much better option than a sheet as I’ve seen others use on calls.🤦🏻♀️😂 I’m not sure how it will stand up around rambunctious pets or kids, but fairly certain it takes quite a push to knock it over. We have four cats & I’m pretty sure someone would try to climb this, which is why they’re not allowed in our workspace.

Difficult to assemble, but a good basic divider

I bought this to use as a background for when I have video calls. I wish I'd ordered the 6- or even 8-panel to block a little more, but that's my own error. It still covers a good portion of the room, so I'll make do, or maybe buy another at a later date to expand it.
It looks ok, if a little plain. The fabric panels have creases in them from being folded and will need to be steamed or ironed out for a nicer look. It would be easy to make your own panels as well, if you're so inclined.
The construction is decent. The frame is lightweight and if you don't angle the base supports the right way it may tip over if you extend it too far. The fabric panels aren't the highest quality, but are sturdy enough. They seem like they would handle being thrown in the wash well.
The only issue I have with it is that it was so difficult to put together. The push latches that connect the poles don't push it well and hurt my hands. The fabric panels are sized to be extremely taut, which makes it very difficult to get them on the bars without forcing the bar to bend slightly.
Overall, this is a good divider if you're looking for something simple and functional without being too worried about aesthetic. It's also a good, inexpensive base if you want to make your own custom panels.
