For working out, this bra is best suited for cups A-C during low to medium intensity workouts. Larger sizes can accommodate larger busts for lounging comfort. Support materials are found in the shoulder straps, double layer front, and a wide elastic band for additional support. There are no pesky built-in cups as we with Mauzzy & Me apparel know that they just get in the way anyways!
