With its welded full-size (1/1GN) gastronorm capacity well and user-friendly dial temperature control, this bain marie makes it effortless to hot hold large quantities of liquid foods such as beans, gravy, mushy peas, and soups.

Featuring full stainless steel construction, the bain marie is both durable and easy to clean. Additionally, the built-in front-mounted tap allows for quick and easy drainage of used water, enhancing usability.

Part of the Buffalo 600 Series, this bain marie is designed to seamlessly integrate with other 600 Series appliances, providing a tidy and efficient cooking line, regardless of the size of your kitchen. It can either be utilized as a countertop appliance or positioned atop 400mm wide 600 Series cupboards (sold separately).
