Even with door in place, the wrench head fits over the welded hinge allowing adjustments. Reversible heads help avoid fascia & interior trim; head sizes: 7. 5, 9. 0, 9. 4, 11. 5, 12. 5, 15mm; reversible head sizes: 9. 4, 11.
