Gigli Metodo Classico Brut is a rare sparkling wine produced in microscopic quantities in Oneta, a small hamlet of Borgo a Mozzano, hidden among the forests of Tuscany.

Made from 100% Barsaglina, a forgotten native Tuscan grape, this is a bold and almost utopian project: sparkling wine from a half-hectare vineyard in a region not traditionally associated with Metodo Classico.

Although labelled Brut, the dosage is extremely restrained (around 5 g/l), placing it stylistically very close to Extra Brut. The result is a dry, precise and vertical expression, where purity and tension take precedence over softness.

Sincere, direct and territorial, Gigli expresses artisan scale production, spontaneous fermentations and long ageing on the lees. It is not built for mass appeal. It is built for identity.
